Agree the budget, then refine
We discuss the scope and prepare an initial quotation. Once the budget is agreed, a site visit checks dimensions before detailed design and material selections.
One team through the work
Our designers, project managers and construction team coordinate the agreed work. Our warehouse supports storage and delivery; after handover, contact DADA directly about adjustments.

Place storage near the activity it serves: shoes at the entrance, cookware near preparation areas and linen near bedrooms. Keep the main walking routes clear.

The room-type label does not replace measurements. We check doors, windows, existing services and retained furniture before confirming the design.

Which HDB layout should I choose?
Choose the 3-room, 4-room or 5-room category matching your flat. Send a few site photos to discuss your space. The gallery shows design directions, not a measured layout for every unit.
Can I renovate selected rooms only?
Yes, discuss the rooms you want to change. We check how the new work meets retained floors, walls, cabinetry and services before agreeing the scope.
What determines the quotation?
The work required, cabinet quantities, materials and existing conditions all matter. A room count or reference photo alone is not enough for a confirmed total.
Can walls or services be changed?
Send photos of the area you would like to change. Feasibility, site measurements and any applicable approvals must be checked before the work is included in the agreed design.
